Filled with well-researched facts….. but also plenty of innuendo, sensationalistic conclusions and opinion.

I’m only on page 38 it’s a book a new book club is reading. This is one of the worst written books I have tried to read in a long time. It reads like a National Enquirer novel. I’m not even sure I can get through it. I’m no Kennedy enthusiast but this book is trash! Don’t bother.

I used to be a Kennedy fan and knew they had their skeletons but not to this degree. What a disgusting group of individuals!
  • What a despicable family

I knew that the Kennedy family was bad, but I realized in reading this book that I knew very little of the true horror show they were. The fact that this family were ever held in such high esteem is baffling to me. Never again should a Kennedy come anywhere near the highest offices of this country. Perhaps most troubling of all is what they did with Rosie. You’ll see what I mean when you read it. And JFK should be remembered for the philandering rapist that he was. It is a shame that the media covered for this extremely corrupt family for as long as they have. Unbelievable.

    Throughly enjoyed this book.
  • Deep. Jarring. Troublesome. A brave story to tell on behalf of so many women.

One of the best books I read this year! There are many individual stories and experiences that are covered in this book but I found that the author does an incredible job of providing the right details for the reader that essentially isolates each story, as a way to honor the legacy of each of these women. At the same time, I also found these painful stories to be connected through repeated themes of misogyny and injustice.

The Kennedy's deserve all the misery they put on themselves.
