Major disappointment. This book was way too long for all that transpired.

First two books, good next ones fell flat. Ending of this book was horrible. A bunch of fluff and then just cut the ending off. Can’t believe the editors allowed that.

What’s the point of this book you ask? Money! What a waste of my money to. nothing happens, same lines repeated by the characters a billion times over, treating the readers like dumb kids, a blatant disregard to people’s time investment…My feelings of disappointment is beyond words honestly. I think this might be the first book I have ever read where I felt insulted as a reader. I wish I can get a refund. I’m so done and couldn’t care less what happens to Poppy and Casteel at this point. Congratulations J.A. for letting greed ruin your art.

I have read the first 6 books of this series. The 5th was a recap of the first four. Don’t bother to read. The 6th rambled for over 1000 pages. That’s right. If you took all the f words and sex scenes, it reduce the books by half! I wanted so badly to like her writing but I don’t.

The only thing wrong with this story is that I need the next one NOW! All the haters, poor reviews? Go write your own Fkn book! This was as good as the rest of the series (which again is exceptional!)

Struggling to get through this one. It’s written poorly and the possessiveness of Cas at the beginning is not endearing but rather quite annoying.

This felt like plots pulled from every fantasy book and it just drags out like no other… I was really excited about this book and now there’s another one?? This should have ended 3 books ago.
