The characters were fantastic and the story was interesting and full of suspense.

This book was so good I couldn’t put it down until I was done with it! Very fast paced, well written. This would make a great movie. I could also see her books becoming a TV series! If you like crime stories this book is for you! I loved it!

Fast paced mystery thriller with believable characters.

I grew up in Morgan County. Versailles is the county seat. Know the place like the back of my hand. No mention of the Lake of the Ozarks or Laurie. But the book was entertaining. No old family names. I miss home!

I’ve read many of your books, however this is the last one. I’m leaving this one partially read. You described Vincent Crowley as a really vile and bad person and then made reference that you weren’t surprised he was a conservative. So, you just lumped all conservatives together as vile bad people. I would think as a writer you would be a bit more enlightened than your comment on conservatives in your book suggests.

Excellent suspense mystery that is action packed. Two FBI agents & K9 which had obstacles to overcome in life. Healing trusting & bonding experience was required. Definitely a nail biting page turner book. Highly recommended to add on top of your reading list.
