Although I work in health care, I found this book very interesting and have gleaned a few things I would like to incorporate into my work as a pharmacist.

Absolutely essential reading for developing your true potential. This was a fabulous journey well beyond just world class cuisine.

Anyone else here because of S2 of The Bear?

I have never worked in the restaurant business, I sell building materials and build houses, so I had a hard time understanding how this book would correlate. This may very well be the best sales and business book I have ever read!!
