Wow, what a powerful book. Gut wrenching at times. A life story , and it not pretty. But what comes out of the ashes is brilliant. Thank you for this work.

I cried, I giggled a little bit, cried even harder…. hysterically hard to be honest but came out at the end with hope and a promise to myself that I can be better and do better. This book is a must read for everyone and anyone. You will learn the true sorrow of mental illness and the power of discipline and love.
